1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ineed, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials from ineed for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license, you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on ineed
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

Users must download and register through the ineed mobile application to use ineed services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Service Description

ineed is a marketplace platform that connects service professionals with customers. We are not responsible for the quality or outcome of services provided by professionals. All services are provided on an "as-is" basis.

5. Payments and Refunds

All payments must be made through our secure payment system. Prices are subject to change without notice. Refunds may be requested within 24 hours after service completion. We process refunds within 5-7 business days.

6. Professional Standards

All service professionals must:

  • Maintain professional conduct and behavior
  • Follow safety guidelines and best practices
  • Respect customer privacy and property
  • Complete services as agreed upon
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly

7. Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel bookings up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without cancellation charges. Cancellations within 2 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Service professionals can request cancellation only for valid reasons and must notify customers immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ineed or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on ineed.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials on ineed, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of ineed or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright laws.

10. Termination and Account Suspension

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account or access to ineed at any time, for any reason. Reasons include but are not limited to:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity
  • Repeated complaints or poor ratings
  • Breach of our community guidelines

11. User Conduct

Users agree not to engage in any activity that:

  • Violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringes upon the rights of others
  • Contains harassment, abuse, or threats
  • Involves fraudulent or deceptive practices
  • Compromises the security of ineed

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of ineed or these terms shall be resolved through:

  • Informal negotiation and dispute resolution
  • Mediation if negotiation fails
  • Arbitration as a final measure

13. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless ineed and its officers, directors, and employees from any and all claims, damages, and costs arising out of the user's violation of these terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of ineed following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
